Bongo is a cheeky, funny, super-intelligent monkey.
He was born in the rainforests of Borneo and after showing early signs of super-intelligence (he could say the alphabet backwards in no less than 100 different languages at the tender age of one month), Bongo decided to explore beyond the rainforest. He has never looked back.
After travelling the globe & experiencing more than any monkey (or man for that matter) has ever experienced, he heard a calling from a land far away. He decided to jump off the pier at Santa Monica beach LA into the Pacific Ocean and swam to Sydney, Australia; Bondi Beach to be exact.
To this day Bongo lives in a beachfront pad in Bondi. He has everything – natural talent, a lot of sun and a beautiful ocean to look at each day. Armed with his brilliance and his mobile phone, he can do what he likes most, answering your questions.
Lately he’s had an itch, he’s thinking about travelling again. He often has an urge to go back to the UK, New Zealand, South Africa and the USA. And of course he takes his mobile phone!
Bongo has been using his super brain to help with the human emotion of love lately, he is often used by celebrities to dig up the juice on one-another. He has the unbelievable ability to find out personal information about anyone, anywhere! And of course he can answer literally any question you have – trivia, weather, train timetables, assignments… anything!

No. A single text message is 160 characters. However, most phones allow you to write longer messages. If a text message is over 160 characters it will be divided in to 2 questions and therefore you will be charged twice at £2.50 per text.
We don’t recommend it because it will appear as another question in our system and you will be billed £2.50/msg sent. Please see our contact us page if you would like to leave feedback.
If for any reason BONGO has received your question but you haven’t received a reply within an hour it’s possible that your text message has been delayed or lost in the mobile phone network. Email us at [email protected] and give details of the question asked, including your mobile phone number, time and date and network operator.
BONGO works thanks to a number of intelligent human researchers and a very sophisticated software application with a huge database.

BONGO is here to answer all of your questions… most of the time. There will be some occasions where we will just not be allowed to give an answer. This happens if someone sends us a question which breaches confidentiality, privacy, or other similar rules which BONGO must follow.
Because BONGO can be used by anyone over the age of 16, with bill payer’s permission, in the whole of the UK, guidelines have been put in place to ensure that BONGO doesn’t cause offence, upset or harm to any customer. Obviously, BONGO will not give answers to any question that contain material of a violent, sadistic or cruel nature; be repulsive, horrible, or involve the use of foul language. BONGO will not research or provide answers that may offend a reasonable person, cause grave or widespread offence, invade privacy, encourage any person to engage in dangerous or illegal practices, encourage any person to use harmful substances, are of a sexually explicit nature, or generally lead to any activity or feeling which may be regarded as detrimental to society. BONGO also reserves the right to change the price of the service at any point in time. However, BONGO will endeavour to educate its customers about the price change via this website.
Here at BONGO we understand the thrill of killing question marks every time they pop up in your head. However, please take note that BONGO costs a total of £2.50/MSG sent on all networks (O2 £1.50 MSG sent, £1/ MSG received) every time you send us a text. If you want to use the service frequently then by all means go ahead, but do keep in mind that regular costs can add up very quickly.
